Once your order is placed, PLEASE allow 21-28 business days (Not including weekends or holidays)  for your order to be shipped. This is the turnaround time for all orders, unless otherwise noted. Orders can be done sooner. You will not be contacted about your order until shipping, unless contact is needed for clarification, additional info, etc...

 Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS Saturday- and Sunday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Shippo, my website, and possibly paypal. with your tracking info. 

PRE-SHIPMENT- This occurs when we've printed out your shipping label and prepared your package to be shipped. We may print your labels in advance during our processing time. REGARDLESS OF WHAT SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOOSE THIS DOES NOT AFFECT PROCESSING TIME.

TRACKING- Once we drop packages off to USPS/, the package is no longer in our hands. You can track it using the tracking number sent via email. For any issues with the delivery of your package contact your local post office. USPS Customer Service: 1-800-ASK-USPS

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package NO CORRECTIONS WILL BE MADE. Your order will be shipped via USPS/UPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. Please e-mail us at finerbling@gmail.com asap if you provided the wrong address. You will be refunded and have to place the order again to change the address.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

Lost Shipments, If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please contact USPS. USPS Customer Service: 1-800-ASK-USPS
